• Maintain buildings to contract standards and present a clean appearance.
• Operate floor care machinery as required and may drive to outlying areas.
• Interact with customers during service and perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Logistics & Maintenance Services, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has opportunities forJanitors inRidgecrest, CA. A Janitoris responsible forperforming custodial servicesin order toensure that buildings and facilities aremaintainedin a safe and sanitary manner. Will perform a full range of custodial duties related to the care, maintenance and cleaning of all assigned buildings and facilities within the government contract to include both routine maintenance as well as non-routine assignments.

• Basic Janitorial duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaningrestroomsand kitchens.


• Additionalassignments may include floor care such as carpet cleaning, wax and buffs and spray buffs.


• Buildings will bemaintainedso as tobe in compliance withcontract standards and present a clean sightly appearance.


• Operating floor care machinery asrequired.


• May berequiredto drive to outlying areas.


• Regular customer interaction during performance of services.


• Other duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor.
