Qualifications

• Uses a portable backpack vacuum and shows attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces in buildings.
• Vacuum rugs and spot clean daily; shampoo when directed.
• Clean furniture, fixtures, and high dust areas.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass as needed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report equipment defects to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners.
• Provide snow removal from entrances as directed.
