Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for Full Time 1st Shift in Maine. The role involves performing custodial duties across offices and facilities, with supervision from the Custodial Manager or Supervisor.

You will clean floors, furniture, restrooms, windows, and common areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. Typical duties include operating floor buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming, dusting, waste disposal, and reporting any building maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function in a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Uses a portable backpack vacuum and maintains attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers, shampoo machines, and attachments.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; perform daily spot cleaning and periodic high dusting.
• Clean bathrooms, stock supplies, and maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Notify supervisors of any defects and collect/trash as required.
