Join Seattle Central College as a Custodial Services Supervisor and lead the work that keeps our campus safe, clean, functional, and welcoming. This position combines team leadership with hands-on facilities work, offering the opportunity to improve daily operations and directly support the environment in which students learn and employees serve the community.
Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities and Plant Operations, the supervisor leads custodial services and supports grounds care, routine maintenance, and related supply and equipment needs. The position plans and evaluates work, develops effective procedures, supports budget and purchasing activities, and promotes compliance with safety requirements, college policies, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable laws. Through strong partnerships with staff, campus departments, contractors, and outside agencies, the supervisor helps ensure that Seattle Central¿s facilities meet the needs of the entire college community.
Full‑time non‑permanent, not to exceed 18 months and with the possibility to transition into regular/permanent status, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, primarily 8am to 4:30pm.
Works 100% of the time on‑site.
Governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by WFSE.
