Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Custodial/Facility Management.
• 60 credit hours of college coursework or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Experience supervising union and non-union staff; CBA knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; knowledge of 24/7 Work Order system and COUPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute custodial operations for MSG Arena & Theater.
• Oversee hiring, training and performance reviews for custodial staff.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and supplies.
• Coordinate with People Practices for payroll and scheduling; LOAs.
• Act as Manager On-Duty (MOD) during events.
• Ensure high standards of facility appearance and operations.
