Summary

The Custodial Services Associate is responsible for providing cleaning services for guests, agencies, and staff. The role ensures that restrooms and public areas are maintained, cleaned and disinfected, presentable, and fully stocked throughout the day in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all property restroom, laundry, and office facilities to provide a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and employees.
• Follow the approved maintenance and cleaning schedule.
• Pick up trash throughout the recreation areas, roadsides, and campgrounds, maintaining trash barrels and keeping all surrounding areas neat and clean.
• Follow company recycling guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor levels of janitorial supplies, inventory, and equipment based on seasonal demand.
• Ensure all purchase and work orders are clearly defined for purpose and urgency.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 to drive) and be able to operate and maintain a company vehicle.
• Possess good communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Basic manual labor abilities, including the ability and willingness to clean and sanitize facilities with a variety of cleaning agents and chemicals, move throughout the facility for extended periods of time, and occasionally lift 25+ lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work on‑call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on holidays.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and be insurable through our motor vehicle carrier.
• Possess a genuine concern for guests' experience and enjoy frequent interaction with the public.
