Summary

The Custodial Services Associate is responsible for providing cleaning service for guests, agencies, and staff. Ensures that the restrooms, chem-toilets (port-a-potty), showers, laundry facilities and campsites are maintained, cleaned and disinfected, presentable, and fully stocked throughout the day and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting all property restroom, laundry, and office facilities to provide a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and employees.
• Follows approved maintenance and cleaning schedule.
• Trash pick-up throughout the recreation areas, roadsides, campgrounds. Maintains trash barrels – keep emptied at all times and all areas around trash are to be kept neat and clean.
• Follows company recycling guidelines and regulations.
• Monitors levels of janitorial supplies, inventory, and equipment based on seasonal demand.
• Ensure all purchase and work orders are clearly defined for purpose and urgency.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 to drive) and be able to operate and maintain a company vehicle.
• Possesses good communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic manual labor abilities, including an ability and willingness to clean and sanitize facilities with a variety of cleaning agents and chemicals, move about the facility for extended periods of time and occasional lifting of 25+ lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work on‑call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on holidays.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and be insurable through our motor vehicle carrier.
• Possesses a genuine concern for guests' experience and enjoys frequent interaction with the public.
• RV/trailer/rig or manufactured converted van required. Must be fully contained.
