Job summary

The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to maintain clean, safe facilities, common areas, and restrooms while providing courteous guest service across the property. The role supports the operations team in daily cleaning tasks and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, stocking closets, laundering mops, reporting repairs, and assisting guests and tenants. Weekend/nights/holidays work may be required; reliable transportation is advised.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of operating floor scrubbers, buffers, and waxers.
• Knowledge of working with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Keep facilities, common areas, and restrooms clean and maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Wipe down tables and common area surfaces.
• Clean and stock supply closets; launder housekeeping mops, rags, etc.
• Clean up spills using appropriate equipment and procedures.
• Notify managers of repairs needed.
• Collect and dispose of trash, porter the grounds.
• Provide customer service to guests and tenants.
• Spot clean upholstered furniture.
• Report safety hazards to the Manager on Duty.

Responsible for keeping facilities, common areas, and restrooms clean, safe, and well maintained. Provides housekeeping and customer service support across the property.

Qualifications
