Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services, LLC Fort Lee, Virginia, United States seeks a Quality Control Manager (Custodial) to ensure work quality and manage the QC Plan, maintaining positive client interactions. The role requires at least 2 years in custodial services, knowledge of cleaning standards, OSHA/CDC guidance, and strong English communication.

This is a full-time onsite position with benefits and eligibility for federal contract work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of documented custodial services experience and responsibility for the QC Plan implementation.
• Thorough knowledge of custodial industry standards, cleaning methodologies, and quality inspection procedures.
• Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant supplies and services to the Government and manage its QA/QC interactions.
• Oversee the Quality Control Management Program and ensure it meets contract performance requirements.
• Communicate QC Plan expectations to all stakeholders and perform contract-required quality inspections.
• Conduct internal/external audits to ensure QC Plan compliance and submit QC reports.
