Job summary

ServiceSource Inc is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee QC activities for the Quantico Custodial Services contract. Responsible for implementing quality and safety policies, supervising inspectors, and delivering monthly status reports to the Program Manager and corporate team.

Candidate must have DOJ clearance, a high school diploma or GED, and driver’s license. Preferred: 2+ years in quality systems and supervisory roles, and CIMS certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• DOJ security clearance required.
• Ability to obtain CIMS certification.
• 2+ years in quality systems and supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality procedures and safety policies per contract requirements and regulations.
• Supervise QC Inspectors and conduct inspections and evaluations.
• Compile monthly data and produce Quality Monthly Status Report for the Program Manager.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations and site policies.
• Provide onsite training and investigate incidents to implement corrective actions.
