Job summary

Challenge Unlimited is seeking a Quality Control Evaluator to perform inspections and ensure contract compliance at Fort McCoy/Sparta, WI. The role involves conducting quality inspections, audits, and reporting findings to improve processes and safety.

You will mentor workers and help build a strong company culture focused on quality. The position is full-time with a 2pm-10pm schedule, Monday through Friday, at $22.62 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required; preferred 2 years college.
• Experience: 3+ years in janitorial contract; experience in quality control, training, or inspection preferred.
• Certifications/Licenses: ISO 9001 certification preferred for Custodial in WI.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Background Checks: Pass state and federal checks, credit history, and DCFS Abuse/Neglect Tracking System.
• Driving: Valid license; company travel using a personal vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Quality inspections using established criteria; complete QC reports and report deficiencies.
• Observe crew performance and provide feedback; assist with audits and enter data into QMS.
• Develop professional partnerships with contracting representatives and customers; investigate complaints.
