Job summary

Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is seeking a Custodial Quality Control Inspector to uphold the Quality Control Plan across designated worksites in Orlando, Florida. The role focuses on adherence to performance standards, inspections for defects, and timely service delivery.

The Inspector will investigate customer complaints, provide root cause analysis, and work with the Project Manager and staff to implement corrective actions, ensuring compliance and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in custodial services.
• Knowledge of Ability One mission and expectations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong team member and customer service abilities.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks as described.
• May require a valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the GCE Quality Control Plan on assigned worksites.
• Inspect services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies.
• Receive, investigate, and provide root cause analysis of complaints.
• Recommend corrective actions to address deficiencies.
