Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client and associate contact, conducting walk-through inspections to ensure services meet standards.
• Forecast staffing and stock needs to facilitate scheduling and purchasing.
• Train and manage cleaning staff to maintain performance and safety.
• Promote the company's marketing and branding while upholding Foxfire policies.
• Schedule additional non-standard scopes of work and ensure timely execution.
