Job summary

Foxfire Property Management, Inc. seeks a Day Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and presentable environment during the day at our Concord, NH sites.

You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and promptly respond to staff or occupant service requests. The role requires at least three years of commercial cleaning experience, strong customer service, and the ability to communicate professionally with management and occupants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ commercial cleaning experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions and policies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass pre-employment checks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous cleaning and upkeep of common areas
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, walkways, and exterior grounds
• Restock supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling; replace liners
• Respond to spills and cleaning emergencies
• Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment; report repairs
• Provide courteous customer service to occupants and visitors
• Report complaints about service and equipment
• Take corrective action and communicate with management
• Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies
• Promote Foxfire’s safety expectations and policies
• Work well with a diverse group
• Actively seek other tasks when current work is complete
• Participate in ongoing training
