Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education preferred.
• 3–5 years in custodial operations or management.
• Basic knowledge of floor care practices and equipment maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with management, staff, clients, and customers at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle frequent events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of custodial equipment and supplies.
• Manage inventory of supplies for facility operations.
• Supervise custodial staff and assist in hiring and training.
