• Five years facilities management experience in commercial real-estate, institutional or academic setting.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures related to general business operations, facilities management and personnel.
• Ability to monitor and control operational costs while maintaining high performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and periodic cleaning across educational complexes.
• Supervise supervisors and custodians; manage staffing levels and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and document control; coordinate events setup on campuses.
• Maintain records, reports, and liaison with occupants and vendors.
