Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations across educational facilities. You will supervise custodians, schedule tasks, monitor quality, and ensure safety programs are followed.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate emergency response and supply management.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-year supervisor experience.
• Custodial knowledge and safety awareness.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodians on a daily basis, ensuring quality and quantity of work.
• Inspect areas regularly to meet service level quality standards.
• Coordinate building emergencies and safety procedures with management.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees and safety coaching.
