HES Facilities Management is seeking a Trainer/Custodial Supervisor to lead training for custodial staff and oversee daily operations. You will coach employees on cleaning procedures, safety, and company standards, while ensuring high-quality service.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on supervision. Proficiency with Google Workspace is expected, and prior custodial supervision experience is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous custodial experience required.
• Supervisory, lead or training experience preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of custodial equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Train new and existing employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, safety practices, and company standards.
• Supervise custodial staff and assign daily work responsibilities.
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning and service standards are met.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Assist with schedule coverage during employee absences and staffing shortages.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Utilize Google workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Drive) for communication, scheduling, reporting and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with company polices, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
