Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provide limited guidance to custodial staff. The role requires ability to perform essential duties safely and report issues to the Custodial Supervisor.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training support, operating cleaning equipment, maintaining supplies, and conducting safety inspections. A valid driver's license may be required depending on sites, with emphasis on PPE and at-risk

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Safety and task training certifications completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as directed.
• Follow the daily schedule and maintain assigned areas.
• Provide work direction to custodians as needed by supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track inventory and maintenance of equipment.
