Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and guide custodial staff. The role includes supervising, scheduling, and training, while ensuring safety protocols and equipment upkeep across the team.

The CSR Lead will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and monitor PPE usage; coordinate with the Custodial Supervisor on daily operations and improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years related custodial experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Completed safety and task training certifications may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule cleanup and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE and supplies.
• Correct at risk behavior, then report to supervisor.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
