Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and to provide work direction to custodial staff. The role emphasizes safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, following the daily schedule, supervising staff as directed, operating cleaning equipment, tracking supplies, and inspecting quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• May be required to have a valid driver's license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE and supplies.
• Correct at risk behavior, then report to supervisor.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
