Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will provide direction to custodial staff and ensure daily operations align with safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of custodial experience, CPR/First Aid, and possibly forklift certification. Travel to multiple customer sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related custodial experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position.
• May be forklift certified as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Assist scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Drive to various sites as needed.
