Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation across assigned sites. You will provide work direction to custodial staff and assist the supervisor with scheduling and training. The role includes operating cleaning equipment and monitoring safety standards.

The position may require travel to client locations and driving between sites. Strong communication skills and knowledge of cleaning methods are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 1 to 2 years related experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR/AED/First Aid certification. A valid driver's license may be required based on business needs.
• May be required to be forklift certified. Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE and supplies.
• Drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities as needed.
