Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and to provide direction to custodial staff. You will perform janitorial duties and assist the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, conducting inspections for quality and safety, maintaining supplies, and reporting incidents promptly. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience; CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related custodial experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain supplies.
• Provide work direction to custodians under supervision.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions promptly.
