Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas and to provide direction to custodial staff. The role involves performing janitorial tasks, ensuring safety, and coordinating with the Custodial Supervisor on scheduling and training.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Safety and task training certification required.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; safe handling of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies.
• Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
