Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas and to guide custodial staff. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and assist in scheduling and training under the Custodial Supervisor.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of cleaning methods, and adherence to safety standards. Shifts are Mon-Fri, with a pay rate of $17.00-$18.00 per hour and SBM benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Forklift certification may be required depending on business needs.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to supervise custodians.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate cleaning equipment as directed.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians under the Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Monitor PPE usage and safety, and report hazards.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and track equipment maintenance.
