Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning duties and sanitation for assigned areas, while providing some direction to custodial staff. The role involves operating equipment, tracking supplies, and supporting the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of janitorial experience, a High School diploma or GED, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related janitorial experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification and valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled.
• Provide work direction to custodial staff as directed.
• Operate cleaning equipment and manage inventory.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and inspections as needed.
• Report incidents, hazards, and PPE compliance to supervisor.
