Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. seeks a Custodial Lead in San Diego to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of designated areas and provide direction to custodial staff.

Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, following the daily schedule, training staff, operating cleaning equipment, maintaining inventories, and reporting incidents to the supervisor. A high school diploma/GED and CPR/AED/First Aid certification are required, and a valid driver’s license may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and acceptable for the role.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required or obtainable.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between sites.
• Forklift certification may be required per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Follow the daily schedule and perform all listed duties.
• Provide guidance and assistance to custodians as directed by the Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and manage inventory.
