Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Custodial Lead to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas and to provide work direction to custodial staff. The role requires performing janitorial duties, inspecting quality and safety, and assisting in scheduling and training under the Custodial Supervisor.

Must maintain PPE compliance and report hazards. Shift is Monday to Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm, paying $19–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Experience in custodial or janitorial duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
