Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation within assigned areas and to provide work direction to custodial staff. The role includes supervising scheduling and training, operating cleaning equipment, and ensuring safety and quality inspections.

Shifts run Monday–Thursday with 5:30 AM start, offering $20.00–$21.00 per hour. SBM provides comprehensive benefits; a driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• May require valid driver’s license.
• Completed safety and task training certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians under supervision.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Monitor and report equipment maintenance and inventory.
• Schedule cleanup and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Inspect and report safety incidents or hazards.
• Enforce proper use of PPE and cleaning supplies.
