Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas and to provide direction to custodial staff. The role includes performing janitorial duties, supervising daily tasks, and assisting with scheduling and training under the Custodial Supervisor.

Education required is a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience; CPR/AED/First Aid certification and forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily schedule tasks.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and track inventory.
• Schedule cleanups, maintenance, and repairs as needed.
• Report incidents, hazards, and personnel issues to supervisor.
