Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and to provide work direction to custodial staff. The role also involves operating cleaning equipment, tracking supplies, and reporting safety concerns as part of a cohesive team.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and possibly forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification; a valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Schedule, train staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule cleanup and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE and supplies.
