Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas. The role includes providing work direction to custodial staff and assisting the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training.

The CSR Lead will operate cleaning equipment, monitor supplies, and participate in safety inspections. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and related experience, plus CPR/First Aid certification and possibly forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification; may require a valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to share knowledge with team.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow daily schedule.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist scheduling and training of staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment; track inventory and maintenance.
