Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Custodial Lead responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and sanitary. You will guide custodial staff, support the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year custodial experience, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license if required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper PPE use and report unsafe behavior.

Title:Custodial LeadJob Description:Job OverviewThe Custodial Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and provides some work direction to custodial staff.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
