Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Custodial Lead in Goodyear, AZ to manage cleaning tasks and guide custodial staff during the night shift. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and help schedule and train the team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver’s license if applicable. Forklift certification may be needed; competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• May be required to be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE and supplies.

Title:Custodial LeadJob Description:Job OverviewThe Custodial Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and provides some work direction to custodial staff.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
