SEEDWAY, LLC, part of the GROWMARK system, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Lakeland, FL. You will manage orders from entry to shipment, verify payments, and coordinate with warehousing to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires good communication, organization, and the ability to handle refunds, exchanges, and customer inquiries across phone, email, and WooCommerce notes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of clerical work to demonstrate professional communication, typing, and MS Office skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

SEEDWAY is part of the GROWMARK system, an agricultural subsidiary serving more than 100,000 customers across North America, Canada, and Mexico. SEEDWAY, LLC is a full-line seed company providing high quality, high-performing farm seed products as well as lawn and turf products throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New England states, Florida, and South Carolina. We offer a leading line of vegetable seed for growers in the United States and Eastern Canada.

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders including printing invoice, verifying credit card transactions, enter order into JD Edwards and marking order as shipped. Process credit card refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on order preparation, coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Handle any issues related to orders, including delays, returns, exchanges, refunds, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicates with customers, salespersons, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints. Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and WooCommerce order notes.
• Operates office machines such as photocopiers, printers, and personal computers.

Qualifications:

• Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 – 3 years or more of clerical related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record .
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
