OVERVIEW
Please note that while the posted position is a level III, the actual position will depend upon the qualifications of the candidate. An offer may be made for the same role at a lower level if the candidate’s qualifications are less than the posted criteria. Please apply to be considered. Install, maintain, and service equipment within multiple product lines. Provide a high level of support for customers and field service operations by exhibiting professionalism. May be required to rotate through the Remote Service Center and provide modality-specific technical support to CMSU external and internal customers (Applications). Utilize product expertise to diagnose and resolve customer issues on first contact to minimize system downtime and maximize CE dispatch avoidance.
