Emerson College in Boston seeks a Curriculum Coordinator for the SOA to manage the annual course schedule for undergraduate and graduate programs, coordinating with Directors, Chairs, and Academic Affairs.

You will oversee curricular planning, enrollment trends, and degree audits, while maintaining course data across institutional systems and supporting faculty scheduling and registrations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in higher education.
• Experience with curricular planning preferred.
• Demonstrated intercultural competence and commitment to diverse populations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop course scheduling for SOA with Chair, Dean, and Academic Affairs.
• Direct curricular planning and scheduling with SOA leadership and faculty.
• Monitor enrollment trends and advise on degree audits with Registrar.
• Attend Curriculum and Graduate Program Committee meetings as required.
• Partner with Academic Affairs to analyze enrollment needs and curriculum history.
• Prepare faculty workload reports and ensure catalog accuracy.
• Coordinate undergraduate and graduate registration and manage course descriptions.
• Survey faculty on preferences and coordinate equipment needs with Chairs and Dean.
• Support hiring of affiliated faculty by the Chair.
• Track curriculum changes and student enrollment data.
• Collect syllabi and distribute as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
