Charter Schools USA is seeking a Reading Coach to train teachers, implement the Reading program, and monitor student data across classrooms. You will lead staff development, perform classroom visitations, and coordinate Reading schedules within the school district.

The role requires a Master's degree with Reading Specialist Certification, strong instructional delivery, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SIS systems. Travel within the district is possible.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and eligibility for Florida teaching certification.
• Demonstrated evidence of involvement in school activities involving leadership responsibilities.
• Reading Specialist Certification.
• Effective instructional delivery techniques and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SIS.

Responsibilities

• Develops and conducts in-service training for Reading teachers regarding the program and best practices.
• Performs classroom visitations and monitors improvement.
• Demonstrates lessons in classroom situations for observation by teachers.
• Coordinates testing of students and Reading schedules.
• Monitors progress of students and supports reading needs across the school.
