Job summary

Renaissance Charter at Central Palm seeks a Curriculum Resource Teacher to train teachers on curriculum and best practices, support NTI and RTO onboarding, and monitor student data across grade levels. Required are a BA with three years of K-12 teaching; a Master’s and teaching certificate are preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Master's degree and teaching certification are preferred.
• Minimum three years of K-12 classroom teaching with positive achievement impact.

Responsibilities

• Develops and conducts in-service training for teachers on curriculum and best practices.
• Provides support to administration for NTI/RTO orientations and start/end of year tasks.
• Performs classroom observations, binder reviews, and monitors improvement.
• Trains teachers on SIS and school resources.
• Collects and reports school and student benchmark data.
• Maintains liaison with district and associations to stay current on reading practices.
