Job summary

Charter Schools USA Inc. is seeking a Curriculum Resource Teacher (Instructional Coach) for the 2026-2027 school year to train teachers, implement curriculum and monitor progress. The role focuses on supporting NTI, classroom coaching, and literacy initiatives across the district.

You will conduct staff development, oversee data collection and reporting, and collaborate with administrators to elevate instructional practices and reading outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college; teaching certification preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of K-12 classroom teaching with demonstrable positive impact on achievement.
• Possession of valid teaching certification and successful background check.
• Strong communication and leadership responsibilities within school activities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and conducts in-service training for teachers on curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Supports NTI/RTO induction and year-end close-out operations.
• Performs classroom visitations and monitors instructional improvement.
• Trains new teachers on SIS and school resources.
• Facilitates grade-level or content-area team meetings.
• Identifies reading needs and implements reading strategies across the curriculum.
• Analyzes and reports school and student benchmark data.
