Job summary

Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is seeking a Curriculum Specialist to enhance the effectiveness of state team support to schools, collaborating with school leadership and CRTs to plan and deliver instructional programs.

The role will focus on growing the skillsets of CRTs in instructional coaching, modeling, and best practices, while aligning with school leadership on professional development priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision making required.
• Experience with instructional coaching and PD planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office and educational technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Development of school-wide strategic plans.
• Data analysis and action planning.
• Coaching cycles and Professional Development plans.
• Setting expectations for instructional planning based on data.
• Providing feedback to CRTs on PD, PLCs, coaching, modeling, etc.
