Job summary

Wentworth Institute of Technology is seeking an Associate Registrar for Curriculum to lead curriculum management, catalog and course scheduling processes, and related academic operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement policies, procedures, and technology solutions that support student success and regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the University Registrar and emphasizes sustainable registrar operations, data accuracy, and partnerships across the university

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Higher Education Registrar’s Office.
• Experience with student information systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to analyze data, develop policies, and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend policy, process, and resource changes in curriculum management.
• Lead planning meetings and monitor milestones for curriculum projects.
• Collaborate on curriculum, graduation, and course communication with faculty and students.
• Support curriculum management technologies (Course Leaf, 25Live, Stellic).
• Test new functions with DTS and manage catalog and degree requirements.
