Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Higher Education Registrar’s Office.
• Experience with student information systems and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend policy, process, and resource changes to achieve program and project goals to the University Registrar.
• Lead planning and progress meetings; set curriculum planning calendar; monitor projects progress and determine benchmarks and milestones to evaluate curriculum management success.
• Collaborate with the Associate Registrar of Operations on curriculum, graduation, and course communication for faculty and students.
• Assist in the development of automation of current processes in the department.
• Maintain communication with DTS for updates to the student system; thoroughly test all new functions before launch and respond to any issues related to curriculum records.
• Provide ongoing training and documentation for department activities as it relates to curriculum management.
