Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Curriculum Administration Manager to oversee curriculum committee records, support accreditation activities, and coordinate administrative operations within the Office of Medical Education. The role collaborates with faculty to implement the Curriculum Management Plan and ensure quality standards are met.

• Master's degree in Education, Public Health or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Higher Education.
• Experience with LCME accreditation activities.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Ability to draft own documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee record keeping for curriculum committees, scheduling meetings and maintaining minutes.
• Support the Medical Education Committee and its subcommittees, coordinating agendas and voting processes.
• Manage curriculum-based budgets and ensure financial systems compliance.
• Assist recruitment of coordinators and administrative staff in the Office of Medical Education.
• Create proposals and perform research, benchmarking, and goal setting for committees.
• Prepare presentations for the Medical Education Committee and liaise with department chairs.
• Implement and operationalize the Curriculum Management Plan across its phases.
• Support special projects impacting student success and quality initiatives.
