Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Talent Development Coordinator to support all Talent Development Programs, manage logistics for cohorts, and serve as the primary logistics partner for program owners, fellows, and faculty. The role includes enrollment, CEU tracking, and communications.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and healthcare experience, with strong organization, communication, and proficiency in HR systems and LMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and project management skills.
• Experience with HR systems and LMS platforms is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Talent Development programs from nomination through graduation.
• Recruit and track executive preceptors and coordinate with internal/external faculty.
• Maintain project tracker, calendars, and certificates; issue notices and mail-merged documents.
• Work across HR systems and LMS to enroll, track completions and CEU credits.
• Analyze surveys and data to create executive summaries for leadership.
• Prepare welcome packets, session reminders, and invitations; generate reports.
