Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Curriculum Administration Manager to oversee curriculum committee structures, subcommittees, and LCME accreditation activities. The role partners with the Sr.

Director of Operations and Director of Curriculum Outcomes Research to implement the Curriculum Management Plan across medical education. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite weekly, with responsibilities for data management, budget oversight, staff recruitment, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with LCME accreditation activities.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Ability to draft own documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee record keeping for curriculum committees, including scheduling meetings and minutes.
• Support the Medical Education Committee and four standing subcommittees, including agenda and voting processes.
• Manage curriculum-based budgets and ensure compliance with financial systems.
• Assist with recruitment of coordinators and administrative staff within the Office of Medical Education.
• Create proposals and conduct research, benchmarking, and goal setting for curriculum committees and members.
• Create presentations for the Medical Education Committee and liaise with department chairs on issues.
• Implement the Curriculum Management Plan through all phases.
• Operationalize the curriculum management plan to accommodate changes and quality improvement activities.
• Support the Bi-monthly Med Ed Program Newsletter and related communications.
• Contribute to ongoing quality assurance and professional development initiatives.
