Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Education and Training Specialist to provide education and focused training for the organization. You will assist with quality improvement initiatives and customer service programs, and develop a monthly education calendar to keep staff informed and compliant.

The role includes acting as a clinical resource, implementing orientation programs, and coordinating training across departments. A NJ RN license and relevant healthcare experience are preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide education and focused training for the organization.
