Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Curriculum Specialist to enhance state team support and collaborate with CRTs to strategically plan and deliver instructional programs. Under the Director of Curriculum, you will grow school-based CRTs in coaching, modeling, and professional development.

You will partner with school leadership to align curriculum maps, assessments, and best practices, traveling as needed to support areas and state meetings, with a focus on improving student outcomes statewide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years related experience and/or training.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, SIS, educational technology and mobile communication devices.

Responsibilities

• Develop school-wide strategic plans and data-informed action plans.
• Coach CRTs and deliver professional development aligned with school priorities.
• Plan, deliver and coordinate instructional programming and curriculum development.
