Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional coaching, curriculum development, or managing educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection, customization, and implementation of curriculum across core content areas to ensure alignment with COMPASS standards.
• Conduct regular observations of educational activities to assess content delivery, instructional quality, and student engagement.
• Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to frontline staff to strengthen lesson delivery.
• Design and lead targeted training sessions during onboarding and program cycle based on instructional needs.
